'The Valve' was launched in the mid-90s on the initiative of Galeazzo Frudua,
a renowned Italian luthier, and, since 1988, owner of Frudua Guitar Works,
one of the leading electric guitar manufacturers in Italy (www.fruduaguitars.com).
In 2001, upon completion of a phase of rigorous testing, Galeazzo Frudua
entrusted the development of the project to TBE, a Bologna-based electronics
specialist whose clients include important stylists, banks and government
institutions.
In 2004, 'The Valve'
was unveiled to foreign buyers at the Frankfurt Music Messe, where it was
rapturously received by public and
critics alike.
Today, 'The Valve'-brand amps start being known and distributed across several
countries, the range now including seven models with sufficient scope
to satisfy the needs of just about any guitar player.
All 'The Valve' amps are hand-crafted in San Lazzaro, a town in the province
of Bologna, in the north of Italy, by a team of musicians and technicians
who leverage their unrivaled experience and expertise in tubes technology.
The Valve crafting philosophy is a mix of modern technology applications and "point to point" hand wiring.
The company is involved in every stage of amplifiers production from initial design to final assembly and quality control.
All amplifiers are CE and ULcompliants.
While other brands substantially increased their prices, The Valve price list
is frozen since 2004. Along these years we've embraced some prudent business practices
to reduce our costs, and the
gains are fully passed on to the final consumer.
This is why we are now able
to provide boutique amps quality at about 30% less of the price comparing
quality.
Our mission is to support the guitarists by providing them with the sound and the flexibility to make their music as unique as they are.
We listen to our customers' requirements and supply them with all the resources and tools they need to make a name for themselves as professional musicians.
In the last 5 years, we only had 10 amps returned for repair, 8 of them having defective power tubes or defective reverb tanks which
could easily be replaced by the customer's servicing center in minutes.
Nonetheless we replaced the amps for free with
brand new ones paying for the shipping as well.
We do this because we care so much about our job that we prefer to always
personally check and have every detail of our projects under control. All our amps are covered by a 2 years warranty.
We offer the best customer service feedback. Please feel free to get in touch with us anytime.
